Hollywood Expands Access to City Services with New Hours and In-Person ConsultationsSource: City of Hollywood

The City of Hollywood is rolling out expanded hours for its QLess system, starting on Monday, February 10. The new hours will see consultations available earlier in the mornings, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., Monday through Thursday, as announced on the city's official website. This move is aimed at accommodating the schedules of those who start their days before the conventional 9-to-5.

Adding to the convenience, Hollywood will begin offering in-person services with select Plan Examiners. Citizens have the option to simply walk in and arrange their consultations through a new kiosk system, the officials say there will be team members readily present to provide assistance, if needed. It's a straightforward approach designed to streamline the process, and, ease concerns for residents who may be less inclined to navigate online systems.

The city's strides towards improving the accessibility of its services don't end with expanded hours and in-person options. The QLess online booking system remains in place for those who prefer to secure their consultation times from the comfort of their own homes or offices. "For in-person consultations, simply visit us during the designated hours, and we’ll accommodate you as soon as possible," the city's announcement stated.
