A nail salon technician in Huntersville has been arrested on multiple counts of sexual battery after clients reported unsolicited sexual contact. Nhan "Tom" Tran, a 60-year-old from Charlotte, faces allegations from several women who patronized the nail salon located in the Regency Village Shopping Center near Sam Furr Road, as WCNC reported.

Tran, who reportedly offered add-on massage services, where the incidents occurred between January 15 and January 20. The Huntsville Police Department stated that Tran engaged in "unsolicited sexual contact with [the] clients" during these sessions, according to WBTV. After his arrest, Tran was held on a $40,000 bond in Mecklenburg County jail, but later released on a $20,000 secured bond on Saturday.

The case continues to develop as local authorities urge any additional victims or those with relevant information to step forward. The Huntersville Police Department is actively seeking further information and, is encouraging other potential victims to come forward.
