I just 30 cops pull up, just randomly. I was going outside to get some air. It was crazy,” Joey Stazzone, a local resident, told WSVN. Amid the chaos, a video obtained by 7News depicted a woman being detained by police in handcuffs, further intensifying the speculation among unsettled observers.
