A Manchester man faces a raft of charges following investigations against him for alleged sexual crimes against children. The Manchester Police Department shared details of the charges against 26-year-old Alexander Haggie, who was first taken into custody in October 2024 and has now been indicted on multiple counts, according to a Facebook post from the department.
The charges as detailed include serious offenses ranging from three counts of pattern aggravated felonious sexual assault to nine counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. Authorities say Haggie also faces allegations of witness tampering, indecent exposure to a child under 16, and endangering the welfare of a child, among others. As of now, Haggie is being held on preventative detention, scheduled to be arraigned on February 24, at Hillsborough Superior Court - North. The police have stressed that they will not be releasing the identities of the juvenile victims.
In addition to Haggie's indictment, Nicole Menard, identified as Haggie's 29-year-old girlfriend, was arrested in November. She has since been released on $500 cash bail. Menard will answer to charges of witness tampering and endangering the welfare of a child at her upcoming arraignment on February 21, also set at Hillsborough Superior Court – North.
