According to the Manchester Police, Chrzan is approximately 5'6" tall and weighing around 200 pounds. He has salt-and-pepper hair, a full beard, and a mustache, embodying the nickname "Tex" with his Southern drawl. On the day of his disappearance, he was wearing a black puffy jacket and clogs—distinctive against the weathered streets of Manchester. A noticeable limp, a mark of past struggles, may help identify him.
The Manchester Police Department encourages anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward, hoping to facilitate a reunification that would bring relief to his anxious family and friends.
