While the warmth persists, the humidity seems to take a slight bow with numbers hanging at 90% in the early morning, and the winds are calm, barely reaching over an 8 mph breeze from the east. These factors are to slowly push away any chance of rain, dropping precipitation probabilities to a minimum for the next several days, as mentioned in a National Weather Service report.

In contrast, a NBC Miami article suggests that the region is "1-2 inches below where they should be year-to-date" in terms of rainfall. This dry spell comes despite the arrival of February, a month typically punctuated by more varied weather patterns. Even so, NBC Miami predicts a slight increase in rain chances, estimating them to hit "about 10-20% this weekend and into early next week."
