On December 22, 2024, a shooting in Southwest Miami-Dade claimed the life of one man and left another in critical condition. The incident prompted a response from Miami-Dade Police Department’s Homicide Bureau which has been working to piece together the events, according to a recent report. The case, initially unclear with no victims or evidence found at the reported scene, took a serious turn when a citizen directed officers to a vehicle containing two gunshot victims.
