Mike Jacques, 26, has been arrested on multiple voyeurism charges after allegedly peering into a woman's home on separate occasions. According to NBC Miami, Jacques was arrested yesterday on charges including burglary of an occupied dwelling and stalking.

The incidents began, last month, January 24, when the victim received a notification on her phone about someone on her property while she was in her room. When she confronted the man at her front door, "The defendant then replied, 'I am looking for something,'" she told police. Video evidence shows the suspect allegedly crossing into her backyard to look into her windows, as NBC Miami reported.

After the first incident, the situation seemed to pause, only to resurface on Sunday. The victim received another alert and discovered the same man lurking on the side of her house. Police arrested Jacques nearby, finding clothing matching descriptions from the surveillance footage.

"The new development is that I have been able to identify this individual based off a tip from neighbors from the area, saying we recognize this guy, we see him all the time," Galiano told Local 10 News. This led to a positive identification during a police lineup.

Jacques' prior criminal history has come to light, with a 2023 arrest on charges of sexual battery and kidnapping. Court records show he was released on his own recognizance after 35 days in jail.
