North Miami is serving up a mix of beats, bingo, and brunch in celebration of Black History Month, with the NoMi Beats & Bingo Brunch set to take the stage at Joe Celestin Center on February 16. Doors will swing open at noon, music and games starting soon after at 12:30 p.m., as reported by the City of North Miami. With DJ Bo Weezy on the ones and twos, expect a backtrack of classic hip-hop and R&B to munch to.
Attendees can secure entry for $20 in advance or $30 at the door, which includes brunch from Southern Belle's Kitchen and two bingo cards. Guests will have the chance to enjoy great food and exciting bingo action, with the opportunity to shout "Bingo!" and win prizes, according to the City of North Miami's announcement. The event will also include a 50/50 cash raffle and exciting giveaways.
North Miami has the drinks covered, with Pòtieri Cocktail co-sponsoring to bring a special kick to the event. Guests are encouraged to dress in Sunday brunch casual.
