Focusing on elementary-age students, the proposed content seeks to explain biblical concepts in simple terms. According to KFOR, educational supplements are expected to "emphasize the development of core virtues such as honesty, respect, responsibility, and compassion; provide historical examples and historical figures to illustrate these virtues."
The logistical requirements for interested vendors are extensive. The initial contract offers a one-year term with the potential for four subsequent one-year renewals. Eligible bidders must possess at least three years of experience serving government entities and are obliged to submit a digital prototype of their product alongside their response. Furthermore, the selected vendor must possess the capability to distribute materials to every school district throughout Oklahoma, with "quantities being 'provided by OSDE'," as stated by documents shared during the bidding process and captured by KOCO.
