Garcia Rodriguez was last seen by family members when he left his residence in the vicinity of Northeast 137th Street and Northeast 23rd Ave. According to a report by WSVN, the police were informed that the individual had been exhibiting erratic behavior and making statements that raised concerns prior to his disappearance.
Garcia Rodriguez is approximately 5 feet, 10 inches in height and weighs around 180 pounds. With black hair and multiple tattoos on his left forearm and bicep, he was last observed wearing a black shirt and black pants. Acting erratic before his disappearance, police are seeking assistance from the public to help locate him.
Additionally, a notice posted on a Facebook group dedicated to missing persons points out that Garcia Rodriguez has been missing for five days now. He is known to have tattoos not only on his arms but also on his chest and back. The post emphasizes his height, 1.78 meters, and weight, approximately 80 kilograms. The plea included in the post asks anyone with information to contact a different number from the one provided by the police, specifically (786) 878-9597.
