Folk-rock fans can look forward to The Lumineers performing at Chase Center in San Francisco as part of their Automatic World Tour. The concert is set for August 5, and tickets go on sale to the public on February 21 at 10 a.m.
The tour will run from July 3 to mid-October and cover North America. It includes stops at famous venues like New York City’s Citi Field and Boston’s Fenway Park. The San Francisco show is part of a bigger schedule that also includes Denver’s Mile High Stadium and the Kia Forum in Los Angeles.
Chase Center has announced that special guests like Young The Giant, St. Vincent, and Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats will join the tour.
The band is also celebrating the release of their new album, Automatic, which comes out on Friday. Pre-orders are available, and their latest song, Same Old Song, is already gaining popularity.
VIP tickets offer special perks like early entry and access to a pre-show lounge. These will be available during the Artist presale. American Express cardholders can also get early access to select U.S. and Canadian shows starting February 18.
Not one to miss an opportunity for extra exposure, The Lumineers are also slated to top the bill at a few music festivals and, in case you are a night owl, lay down some tunes on late-night TV. They’ll hit Jimmy Fallon’s stage on NBC night tomorrow in "a special late-night TV performance," Chase Center notes. Meanwhile, the band has sown the seeds of their announcement across social media platforms. The call to action on Instagram is simple: "We’re so excited to announce The Automatic World Tour.
