
A 15-year-old male has been arrested and charged with three felony counts of aggravated robbery, Chicago police reported. According to information released on the Chicago Police Department's official website, the incident occurred late last year on December 29. The juvenile offender, whose name has been withheld due to his age, allegedly robbed three people at gunpoint on a train.
Detained yesterday, the youth was located in the 11300 block of S. Normal Ave. and is accused of accosting two other teenagers and an 18-year-old along the 0-100 block of W. 95th St., which is within the jurisdiction of the 5th District. Following the arrest, identified as having participated in the crime, the juvenile was charged accordingly. The victims, a 15-year-old male, a 17-year-old male, and an 18-year-old male, reported being forcefully deprived of their belongings during the incident.
