The casualty occurred in the parking lot at the store located at 17625 Torrance Avenue in Lansing. Police responded to a call concerning shots fired at approximately 1:45 p.m., where they discovered the victim, according to officials.
Although life-saving efforts were initiated promptly on the scene, the woman succumbed to her injuries at an area hospital later on.
