Early Wednesday morning, a sweeping operation by Boston law enforcement led to the dismantling of a purported drug trafficking ring. The joint task force included personnel from multiple district Drug Control Units, the Auto Theft Unit, the DEA Boston Strike Force, and the FBI Task Force. Working in unison, the operation was a targeted strike against the network, with officers executing 15 search warrants throughout various districts in the Boston area.
The raids, coordinated at 8:25 AM on March 12, unearthed a sizable haul of narcotics: approximately 829 grams of Fentanyl and 4 grams of Crack Cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia and $160,000.00 in cash, vehicles, and a motorcycle believed to facilitate the drug trade were seized in the operation. The investigation spanned several locations and brought to light the inner workings of this suspected organization. In the announcement made by the Boston Police Department, charges have been brought against four individuals in connection with the drug trafficking activities.
According to details provided by the Boston Police Department, the accused are facing various charges related to the trafficking and possession of Fentanyl and other drugs. Danny Guerrero-Soto, 52, of Dorchester was charged with Trafficking of Fentanyl and other drug-related crimes, and Juan A. Soto-Guerrero, 31, of Roxbury faces charges that include Trafficking of Fentanyl and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. Justin Davila-Sanchez, 35, of Mattapan, is charged with Trafficking of Fentanyl, and Possession of Class A drugs, whereas Dariel Santana-Guerrero, 28, of Dorchester, has been charged solely with Trafficking of Fentanyl.
The culprits, brought before the courts for their alleged involvement in this illegal drug operation will face arraignment, respectively, in Roxbury and Dorchester District Courts.
