Broward County has announced a drainage system maintenance project in the Franklin Park Neighborhood, starting Monday next week and lasting until. The project will focus on cleaning, inspecting, and making small repairs to the drainage system. The funding for the project comes from the transportation surtax.
The project will cause minimal disruption to residents, as the work will focus on the interior streets while keeping main roads clear. Broward County's release stated, "Driveways and sidewalks will be accessible throughout the duration of the project."
