On January 14, 2025, at approximately 9:30 a.m., a victim was walking eastbound on the 3400 block of W. Armitage Ave. when the offender, described as a possibly Hispanic or Filipino male in his twenties, approached from behind and sexually abused them.
The Chicago Police have provided a specific description of the suspect, seeking assistance from the public in identifying him. He is reported to be between 20 and 30 years old, stands between 5'4"and -5'5" tall, possesses a thin build, black hair, and dark eyes, and may have an accent.
