The Clarksville Police Department is working to identify a suspect in a motor vehicle theft that occurred Last Saturday. With reports first arising over the vehicle theft, Clarksville Police Department officers took immediate action and were joined by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office who investigated a suspicious car that was found nearby the original theft location. According to WSMV, the subsequent pursuit led to the cornering of two individuals, who now have been brought into custody, and the stolen vehicle being retrieved from the scene.
However, the plot thickened as officials poured over the surveillance footage. It revealed that a third participant in this theft, a woman with "distinctive facial markings" on her face, is still at large, as reported by Clarksville Online. The police are urging anyone with information about this suspect to step forward, offering various means through which witnesses could make contact while even ensuring anonymity for those who seek it.
Anyone with information can contact Detective Davis at the Clarksville Police Department at 931-648-0656, ext. 5064. For safety and privacy, tips can also be submitted anonymously through the Clarksville Montgomery County Crime Stoppers Tipline at 931-645-8477 or online at P3tips.com/591, as per Clarksville Online.
The suspect, still at large while her accomplices have been caught, has distinctive facial markings between her eyebrows and under her right eye, as reported by FOX17. This detail is important and could help law enforcement capture this third suspect.
