The Chicago Police Department's news release indicates he was last spotted in the area of Iowa St. and Kedvale Ave. in Chicago.
Described as a 5'6" tall male with a medium complexion, weighing approximately 140 lbs., and black/grey hair, Hodge's physical attributes are complemented by brown eyes and tattoos bearing the names "Hodge," "Megan," and "Sherri" on his chest and a forearm. He was last seen wearing a jacket and blue jeans.
