The police informed that the partially obstructed intersection directed traffic flow into the east/west lanes of Main Street, or north on Heritage from Main Street, as cleanup crews worked on removing and reinstalling the power pole. The adult and two juveniles in the vehicle managed to exit safely before being taken to a hospital for evaluation and treatment.
Officials are still investigating what caused the single vehicle to strike the utility structure.
