Detectives investigating the case followed blood evidence to 75 Raymond Street, where the violent encounter reportedly took place. As a result, 48-year-old Barry Cabral was arrested and charged with Assault & Battery with Serious Bodily Injury, with a $50,000 bail set. Additionally, 31-year-old Erik Getchell was arrested and charged as an Accessory After the Fact, along with multiple outstanding warrants.
