The City of Fort Lauderdale has announced a four-day road closure for sewer work next week.
According to the City of Fort Lauderdale website, the closure will take place from Wednesday to Saturday, affecting SW 5th Place at 623 SW 5th Place. Work will be conducted daily from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Alternative routes, including SW 7 Ave., SW 6 Ave., and SW 6 St., will be in place to help redirect traffic. Drivers should stay alert for detour signs and follow construction instructions to ensure safety. The city requests that everyone respect the signs and the workers on-site.
