The Indian River County Sheriff's Office is intensifying efforts to find 59-year-old Joyceann Luciano, who has been missing for two to three weeks. She was last seen near 27th Avenue SW, but details about her clothing and intended destination are unknown.
According to the Indian River County Sheriff's Office Facebook post, Joyceann is described as 5'2" with black hair, brown eyes, and weighing around 166 pounds. A digital image of Joyceann from January 26, 2023, is being shared on social media to assist in identifying her.Authorities have called for any information that could help locate her.
