She was last seen around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday in the area of the 10900 block of NW 14th Avenue in Northwest Miami-Dade. As reported by Local 10, Fussell is described as 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing around 135 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. Authorities say she may need services.
Fussell was last seen wearing a pink scarf, a pink short-sleeve shirt, purple leggings, and multicolored pants, according to WSVN.
