Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) will hold a Celebration of Life service for Capt. William “Bill” V. Gustin tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. at the Kaseya Center in Miami. The event, open to the public, will honor Gustin’s nearly 50 years of service to the fire department and his dedication to mentoring and training others.
According to the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue release, the Kaseya Center, located at 601 Biscayne Blvd., will be the venue for the gathering, with parking available in the P2 parking garage and separate spots for TV trucks in the Watson Lot. Media wishing to cover the event must RSVP by 5 p.m. today and can set up their equipment between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on the event day.
