Juliet Police shared their account on social media, stating, "A traffic stop this afternoon on I-40 for unsafe driving and failing to drive within their lane led to a significant drug discovery and two arrests—one of whom was wanted out of Nashville." Found in the vehicle were 171 grams of methamphetamine and 2 grams of cocaine, bringing immediate consequences down upon the occupants. Mt. Juliet Police disclosed that the 53-year-old male driver from Cookeville, along with his 49-year-old female passenger from Beechgrove, were promptly arrested. Not only was there a controlled substance present, but the passenger was also in direct possession of marijuana.
