A pedestrian was killed early this morning after being struck by an 18-wheeler in Northwest Miami-Dade, according to law enforcement reports. Local 10 reports that the incident occurred near the intersection of Northwest 27th Avenue and 46th Street, and deputies responded to the scene just before 6:40 a.m., as confirmed by the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.
When authorities arrived, they found a man who had been hit by the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, as per the WSVN report.
