Brisker’s condition includes dementia and further complicates his disappearance, requiring him to take medication twice daily. The Sheriff's Department mentioned that while Brisker has no immediate family in the area, he is familiar with public transportation. Standing at about 5'11" and weighing 185 pounds, Brisker has brown eyes and short black hair, having left the facility wearing a brown vintage San Diego Padres ball cap, a grey bomber jacket, and dark-colored jeans.
The search for Brisker underscores the need for prompt action, given his medical conditions and lack of local familial support. The Sheriff's Department encourages anyone who might come across Brisker or has any information about his whereabouts to reach out. They urge the public to call 9-1-1 or contact the San Diego Sheriff's Department directly at (858) 868-3200 with potential leads.
