According to the social media post issued by San Marcos Sheriff's Station, Kinzer wandered off post-meal and has not yet been located. There is an additional concern due to Kinzer's unfamiliarity with the San Marcos area. The station's post detailed that he resides in the Mira Mesa neighborhood, and his developmental challenges may complicate his ability to navigate back safely.
The local authorities are urging anyone with information on Kinzer's whereabouts to come forward. They emphasized the situation's urgency, requesting that sightings be reported to 911 immediately to ensure a fast and safe return. The community has been asked to watch, as the first few hours after a person goes missing are often the most critical.
