WTHR divulged that during these advancements, authorities seized 7 guns, 2.5 lbs of cocaine, 195 grams of pressed narcotic pills, marijuana weighing 7 lbs, and $18,640 in cash. The culmination of these events points to a significant dismantlement of a network deeply entrenched in the illicit drug market.

The individuals apprehended in the sting fall between the ages of 18 and 28 – names including Alexander Mendoza, Erick Amaro Lozano, Jasiel Cruz-Avina, Austin Juarez Garcia, Ernesto DeJesus Casas, Juan Rodriguez Gardea, and Bryan Rodriguez.

According to WISHTV, IMPD capitalized on the expertise of crime analysts who played a crucial role by identifying key figures within the organization. As authorities continue their interrogation of the suspects, these preliminary charges could evolve, pending further evidence and potential additional arrests. At this stage the, Marion County Prosecutor’s Office has not formally filed charges against the individuals in question.
