A tragic vehicle incident resulted in the death of a teenager on Cape Cod yesterday. According to NBC Boston, state police responded to the scene on Route 28 north in Falmouth, where they found a vehicle off the roadway with significant damage.

The crash occurred around 4 p.m. and left one of the occupants dead at the scene. The individual was found underneath the vehicle after it went down an embankment.
