Applicants will find TDOC has recently boosted starting salaries for Correctional Officers—a significant uptick, with the baseline pay starting from $51,204, and ascending to $60,720 after a period of 18 months. Besides, new hires are welcomed with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, adding an extra sweetener to the deal.
