
An incident occurred on Eastern Avenue, near Stockton Street, in Chelsea, where one juvenile male was killed and another injured following an altercation. According to a social media post from the Chelsea Police Department, the confrontation, which reportedly involved a firearm and knives, took place around 8:26 p.m. last night. Chelsea Police, along with Massachusetts State Police Detectives from the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office, are investigating the event.

Responding to reports of the altercation, officers discovered the two victims. One was urgently transported to CHA Everett and was pronounced deceased. The other victim, found with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, received immediate care at Massachusetts General Hospital.
