According to the Chicago Police Department's news release, Mitchell, who may require medical attention, was last spotted wearing a black jacket and a cap at around 4:00 p.m. Mitchell is described as an African American male with brown eyes, white hair, standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs approximately 170 pounds.
Authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant, to aid in the search effort by keeping an eye out for someone fitting Mitchell’s description it's a collective endeavor to ensure his well-being.
