
A vehicle crashed into a house in Southwest Miami-Dade late yesterday night, disrupting the neighborhood. The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office responded to the incident, which occurred at around 11:55 p.m. near Southwest 142nd Avenue and Southwest 24th Street, according to WSVN.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing a black SUV crash through a white fence before stopping inside the side of a Kendall home, causing significant structural damage. The damage to the property included a large hole in the front wall, as reported by a Local 10.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded quickly and transported the driver to a nearby hospital for treatment, according to the deputies. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
