Cava, the popular fast-casual Mediterranean chain, will open its first Miami location in Hialeah Gardens on Tuesday next week at the Shoppes at Highland. 

According to the Official Facebook page of Cava, ahead of the grand opening, Cava is offering a complimentary dining experience on Monday next week as a preview event, with support directed to Food Rescue. Those interested can reserve a spot through a link on Cava's Facebook page.

The news of Cava's arrival in Miami first surfaced through an Instagram post by Nick Pena (@thefoode), which shared a floor plan of the new location. After further investigation by the Miami New Times, it was confirmed that Cava would be opening in the area.

Cava has secured the necessary licenses and permits for operation, and the opening is expected to introduce the restaurant's customizable Mediterranean bowls, pitas, and spreads to the local dining scene.
