When Wilker was last spotted near the intersection of Roosevelt Rd. and Austin Blvd., he was dressed in a white, gray, and black hooded sweatshirt, with blue jeans and black Jordan gym shoes. The case number JJ199396 has been assigned to this missing person's case.
