Leonard is described as a black male, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 310 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair his medium complexion may help citizens in identifying him, additionally, he was last seen wearing a distinctive Chicago Cubs jacket paired with a baseball cap and is known to use a walker equipped with a chair, as detailed by the CPD.
