Miami residents can expect warm mid-80s temperatures and breezy conditions today and into the weekend. The National Weather Service forecasts calls for mostly sunny skies with a high near 84, accompanied by southeast winds at 14 to 16 mph, gusting up to 24 mph. Winds will slightly decrease over the weekend, maintaining stable weather.
However, advisories are in place due to the breezy conditions. A small craft advisory and a high risk of rip currents remain in effect along South Florida's coastlines, as reported by NBC Miami.
The weekend will bring mostly clear skies, with Saturday night’s low around 74 and east winds around 10 mph, gusting up to 20 mph. While the weather will remain dry, NBC Miami notes that there is a chance of rain early next week.
The National Weather Service forecasts a 30 percent chance of showers after 2 a.m. on Monday, with possible thunderstorms by Tuesday. The chance of precipitation is set at 60%, but the intensity and duration of the rain remain uncertain.
