Billy McKinley Jr.'s disappearance had triggered an urgent search operation, with authorities describing the young boy as being 3’6” tall and 60 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. His non-custodial parent, Billy McKinley, was indicated in the alert and is now in custody. McKinley was wanted for Especially Aggravated Kidnapping and Custodial Interference, according to the initial missing child report distributed by the TBI. The pair was last observed in the Falcon Drive area of McMinnville.
