Further inquiry into Rice's activities revealed his admission to participating in an April 23 aggravated robbery, which took place at R Market on 40th Avenue North. The victim of this crime was coerced at gunpoint and assaulted during the altercation, experiencing a pistol-whipping as detailed in the statement from the victim.

In the wake of these events, Rice now faces numerous charges. According to the juvenile court records, he has been charged with three counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of attempted homicide, and burglary.
