Broward County Public Works is starting a transit and pedestrian improvement project in Oakland Park on Monday next week, with expected completion by July. The project will affect NW 21st Avenue from NW 33rd Court to NW 35th Street, as per the Broward County website.
As part of the improvements, a bus stop will be relocated, traffic separators will be installed, and roads will be repaved. During construction, one lane in each direction will remain open from 9 AM to 4 PM, avoiding peak hours. Sidewalks and driveways will remain accessible.
