Rahman, MBA, as its new Chief Operating Officer, following the retirement of Beth Levine after 33 years with the organization. According to the Ruth and Norman Rales Jewish Family Services Instagram post, Rahman has worked in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, contributing to organizational growth, program impact, and strategic partnerships. She previously served as Chief Program Officer at Alpert Jewish Family Services and has a background in financial management, having held roles at TD Bank and JPMorgan Chase.
Danielle Hartman, President & CEO of Rales JFS, expressed excitement about Rahman’s appointment, emphasizing her knowledge of social services and strategic thinking. Rahman holds an MBA from Adelphi University and a BBA with a minor in Psychology from Hofstra University.
