
The San Diego Sheriff's Department has issued a public appeal for assistance in locating Jaime Ponce, a 76-year-old man reported missing since yesterday. Ponce, described as having gray hair, brown eyes, and a height of 5'5", was last seen in the vicinity of the 300 block of Santa Fe Drive in Encinitas. It was around 12:30 PM when he disappeared, according to the San Diego Sheriff's Department.

Concerns for Ponce's well-being are especially heightened because he does not have access to any vehicle and is believed to be walking. Weighing approximately 140 pounds, he was last seen wearing a black hat, dark sweater, and dark jeans.
