A 14-year-old boy has been arrested and charged in connection to a fatal shooting in Riviera Beach that claimed the life of 32-year-old Noelsaint Gulesaint. A tragic incident unfolded at around 10 p.m. last Monday, May 19, when Riviera Beach Police Department (RBPD) officers were alerted by the ShotSpotter system to multiple gunshots at two separate locations in the city.
The officers who responded to the scene found a red vehicle that had crashed into the yard of a residence on West 30th Street and situated nearby was Gulesaint, lying on the sidewalk with fatal gunshot wounds, a detailed investigation that followed allowed police to identify the teenager as the suspected shooter who was taken into custody on Sunday, and charged with first-degree murder and delinquent in possession of a firearm, according to officers no further identifying information is being released due to the suspect's age, this was detailed in a report by CBS12.
