A 19-year-old man tragically succumbed to a gunshot wound after being driven to a DeKalb County fire station last night. The DeKalb County Police Department was called to Fire Station 10, situated at the crossroads of Constitution Road SE and West Side Place, upon receiving information about the shooting victim, Atlanta News First detailed.
First responders at the fire station declared the young man deceased at the scene, as FOX 5 Atlanta reported. The identity of the victim has yet to be publicly disclosed by the officials.
Investigators are currently working to determine the exact location where the shooting took place, but few details have been released as the investigation is still in its early stages.
