Chatham Community Library will host a series of in-person computer and technology classes throughout May and June. According to their announcement, the sessions are free and open to the public, including one drop-in option that does not require prior registration.

The series begins with "Drop-in Computer & Tech Assistance" on Thursday from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. Attendees can visit the library’s computer lab on the second Thursday of each month for one-on-one help. Participants are encouraged to bring their devices and a list of questions if they have specific issues to address.

The library will also offer two Microsoft Excel classes: "Microsoft Excel Basics, Part 1" on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m., covering cells, sorting, and basic equations; and "Microsoft Excel Basics, Part 2" on May 20 at the same time, focusing on filtering data and working with formulas and charts. Some prior familiarity with Excel is recommended for the second session.

In addition, a class titled "Libby – CCLeBook Basics with the Libby App" will be held on June 10 at 3:00 p.m., guiding participants through using the app to borrow digital content. A Chatham County library card and compatible device are required to join.
