The north wind, shifting westerly post-midnight, could reach speeds up to 10 mph. Tomorrow, Chicagoans are expecting slightly warmer weather, with partly sunny skies and a high near 68 degrees. CBS Chicago predicts a few showers on Friday with highs climbing to a warmer 79 degrees and lows dropping to 55 degrees. Weekend forecasts indicate partly cloudy skies on Saturday with temperatures peaking near 72 degrees.
Sunday may bring cooler conditions by the lakeside with high temperatures reaching the mid-70s, while Monday will provide a respite from the rain with unbridled sunshine and high temperatures near 86 degrees, as per CBS Chicago. The pleasant weather is expected to extend into Tuesday with mostly sunny skies and a high again cresting in the mid-80s.
