Hines-Hakande is described as a male with a medium brown complexion, standing 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, as detailed by the Chicago Police Department.
Concerns are growing for the well-being of Hines-Hakande, especially since there has been no contact with him for several days, and given the specifics of the case he was last seen wearing a simple outfit of a black t-shirt, gray sweatpants, black and white sandals, as per the CPD.
