Chicago's Heart of Chicago neighborhood is grappling with unsettling incidents as police hunt for a man accused of indecent exposure near a school bus stop. ABC7 Chicago reports that on two consecutive mornings, May 1 and May 2, before 7 a.m., a man engaged in lewd behavior while attempting to draw the attention of victims as they waited for their school bus on the 2000-block of West 23rd Street.
FOX 32 Chicago adds that the suspect, described as a heavy-set Hispanic man with dark, short hair, was last seen wearing a red jacket this man sought for his actions on consecutive days, stood across from the victims and attempted to gain their attention by sticking out his tongue while committing the reported acts.
